We had an amazing stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Orlando.
There was a small hiccup at the beginning as we had arranged to be picked up from the airport by the hotel but couldn’t readily locate the driver. Once we found the driver, everything onwards went smoothly. There were two cold and refreshing bottles of water in the car and the drive to the hotel was pleasant.

Easy to find with plenty of free parking. There are several dining options within walking distance, we went to the Kia Center for NBA game and it was well placed with only a ten minute drive.
We were able to check in early no problem and our suite was spacious with large Tv in living and bedroom. Lovelly l shaped sofa, microwave, sink and coffee/tea maker. Nice coffee bags decaf and regular provided.
Bed very very comfortable and shower had great water pressure.
Indoor pool nice temperature...

Delightful hotel. Very well appointed and spacious rooms. Enjoyed the 'quiet' pool although nearby drinks machine was empty- a bit annoying and when I pointed this out to a member of staff she brought me a free bottle of coke and immediately was on phone to report the issue. Can't understand why this isn't checked daily though. Also no stamps for Post to UK in gift shop. Both minor irritations that could easily be avoided.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful and really could not fault...

Our go to when in Orlando. Good size rooms, lovely complex and facilities, great staff.
Good food in the bar and pool bar.
But resort fee and self park now ridiculously high. $40 and $34 tax respectively. Making us consider alternatives now. Big shame.

We (family of 4, with children 8 and 6) loved this hotel. It looks amazing as you walk into the lobby - a huge wooden atrium with giant totem poles and a bridge over a water feature. The room was really comfortable and the swimming pool was fab. Only thing to be aware of is that food is pricey - but not unexpected in a Disney hotel.

We stayed here on the day of our 25th Wedding Anniversary. From entering at the front lobby staff were attentive and friendly. Our room was beautiful and presented well. We asked for a quiet room and it was. Comfy beds and lovely private balcony.
We ate at Citricos at night. Our server was great. Not only did she look after us well but she went above and beyond our expectations. She had menus made up with our names/25th Anniversary on. Complimentary champagne, complimentary desserts and...

Perfect cabin and set up for myself and husband and our two children (4&1). Could put them to bed at night and then sit up watching TV. Kitchen enabled us to cook dinner if we wanted and have breakfast before we left for the day. Highly recommend.

This hotel is wonderful and is in a stunning location near to the Magic Kingdom. It's a wonderful base for your trip to visit all the Disney parks and resorts. The rooms are clean, modern and the beds are super comfortable. The pool facilities are a holiday time alone. All transport links to Disney go right to the Comtemporary, boats, buses and the monorail goes inside the hotel! The Wave and the Contempo Café are the best places to eat. Chef Mickey's is over priced and it's the only downside....

Next time I am in Orlando this is the only place I will stay. Forget the hot sweaty environment of international drive, this is only five minutes away but feels like a million miles away. So peaceful and quiet. Even got to meet the legend himself. Perfect

We have just completed a 16 night stay here and the old saying "you get what you pay for" certainly applies. It is a superb and superior hotel, obvious from the moment you arrive. Not cheap - we knew that - but worth it. Breakfast every morning was a feast for eyes and tummies! The Highball & Harvest staff are fantastic. Faultless house-keeping and even during Hurricane Matthew, the "Ride-Out" team did a superb job. The personal touches, like being addressed by name by staff (how do they...

Loved this hotel. Spacious well maintained rooms. Mostly delightful staff with the exception of one of the security guards at the gate who was decidedly 'un Disney' and not exactly cheerful - he is there to deter dubious characters I suppose but first impressions are important to paying guests. There was another guard who was just delightful and helpful. Room cleaned to a high standard. Pool area impressive- the lazy river a great was to chill out. we only ate the buffet breakfast - good...

A superb 1 bedroom villa. The Boardwalk was built quite a while ago, however, in true disney style they have maintained and upgraded this property over the years and you would think it was a new property. we chose a room near the lobby, 2068, and the location enabled us to observe our 16 and 11 year old children swim in the pool from our balcony. We didn't have to drag them out of the pool till it was their time to shower and we sipped cocktails end enjoyed the buzz of the resort. The...
