Cari Hotel di Florida

"The linen had visible stains, including makeup. I was charged an additional fee for parking, I thought all taxes and fees were included in the total cost when reservation was made through Expedia. It was dark when I checked in and I had to wait in the parking garage at night for a luggage rack to transport luggage from car to suite. (However, the staff member that delivered the luggage rack was very friendly and helpful. She actually helped me to load and transport my luggage). The ice...

"I would like to see breakfast added as an amenity especially considering parking is not included and is pretty costly at $35 per day."

"I like the property. I was not able to enjoy the pool area. There was a storm and was raining too much but was able enjoy the gym. Very nice my husband and I enjoyed staying will be staying again"

"The Island is beautiful with easy access to the beach. It was close to everything you want to go see. I would stay there again."

"Ants came in our room due to poor outside door seal. We could hear the occupants conversation in the adjoining suite. Wife and I were bitten excessively by mosquitoes walking to kiddie pool area. Each of us had +10 bites during a <3 minute walk. Strongly recommend insect repellent. Great value and great onsite amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall good experience."

"Nice clean room, helpful staff, dinner and breakfast were complimentary with 3 drinks!!"

"Just an OK hotel for the price. Nothing to brag about"

"My main problem started immediately. After 5 years of staying there they sprung a $15 dollar a day parking fee on with no prior notification. I had payed for 8 nights. Hurricane run is out of town half way through. It was a voluntary evacuation so they weren't legally bound to refund the nights forfeited. Understood , but come on refund parking fee. No empathy what so ever. Money grab on the parking fee. Won't be going back. Still pissed off. Where's the Tylenol?."
