"Ashley from baggage claim area. She works night shifts. She was amazing. We got in early like 4 am sat morning., and she helped us figure out what we needed to do. We had our luggage lost and she was fso helpful to let me know they would accept it and put it away for us when wif we were not around when it come over. Also she helpped us realize walmart was close. I could have googled stuff but she was very helpful with check in and everything. She really went above and beyond ♡"

"This is a very family friendly resort. They have everything a family would need for an awesome vacation in Orlando. The villa was very nice. Comfy bed. Nice jacuzzi tub and separate shower and toilet area. Kitchenette is well equipped. Fridge and microwave are nice. Large patio. Beautiful pools. The only thing I would change about my stay is that the adult pool have a bar and people without children are placed closer to that adult pool. "

"Beautiful property! Plenty to do onsite but beware, they charge $30 per day for parking! That is my only complaint. All of the staff are warm and very welcoming and the property is very well kept! One of my highest ranked properties nationwide."

Cons: Poor Value for the costs!!! We arrived early and were told the room was ready (yeah) but then was told it would cost $75 extra! While the facility was recently renovated, the rooms have a VERY strong odor of sewage or mildew. We were moved to a room next to a small pool with deck but the pool was...

"Room was clean but very tight, especially bathroom. Soap dispensers very difficult to get soap out of holder(like they don’t want you to use too much). Beautiful location, right across of park and beach. Great restaurants along Ocean Dr. Enjoyed the free bicycle rentals. "

"My husband and I took a week vacation to Miami and stayed at palm tree. The environment was very calming, no excessive noise or rowdiness, just how we liked it. The place was pleasant, nothing spectacular but perfect for traveling people that weren’t going to spend all day in the hotel. Only thing I can complain about is that house keeping only came once within our 6 day stay, only upon our request. There were some construction work going on the side of the building which really made the place...
