"This was an excellent place to stay if you want to be close to the parks and not break the bank. The breakfast was very good; the staff was friendly, the property and rooms clean, and the pool area looked great. Highly recommended. "

"We stayed on the external section of the resort. It was quiet and you could access the other parts of the resort quite easily. The room was clean. The only qualm we had was there is only one bathroom so it was difficult to get everyone showered and ready for bed after a long tiring day at the parks. There are no other shower facilities nearby. The front desk was very helpful. This was the perfect location for base camp to Universal. There is a walking path to the park, a little less than a mile which can get you quicker access through security. There is an option also along the footpath to go to the Sapphire hotel to take a boat ride to the park. The pool was nice. Checked out the gym which was ok. There was a lot of space in the gym but equipment was a bit sparse. Not enough cleaning wipes spread throughout the space but overall it served it’s purpose."
