"Abbey house was quiet and clean. We wish we knew about the stairs. My husband has bad knees. We would have chosen a downstairs room. All in all our stay was fabulous. "

"I didn’t like anything about the property. The room was outdated, the bathroom had roaches in it the bed had bed bugs that left marks on my body. The furniture was broken, phone did not work. Neighbors complained about frogs and pincha bugs in their rooms. The tv channels were 90% in Spanish. The walls are thin, you can hear the neighbors snoring. There was a wasp problem. The door was very unsafe as if someone tried to break in multiple times."

"I would never stay here again. The place is super dirty and a lot of crazy things happen. I would not recommend this place at all. Everything needs to be remodeled and brought up date"

"I have stayed here many times and it has always been excellent. Comfortable, clean and quiet rooms. Wonderful staff. Great breakfast and there is a new machine that makes pancakes fresh in about a minute. Parking is plentiful and the freeway is close, but not too close to be noisy. Plenty of nearby restaurants ad shopping. One of the best hotels around the area."

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights for my daughter’s wedding in Winters.we chose this hotel because it was closer to the venue .I have to say that we like everything about it.Very friendly and helpful staff.We forgot our toothbrushes and they deliver them right away.The room was very spacious and clean.We did not have time to enjoy the pool but my brother’s family did and they like it.The last but not the least it was the hot breakfast with a variety of fresh fruits,yogurt,toasts,juices and...

"Not sure if my room had not been used in a while because there was spiders and webs in the corner of the room. There was long hair on one of the towels and on the coffee maker. Dings and scratches all over walls. I know the hair isn't from me im bald"

"It's rare to find a hotel this clean, quite, comfortable, and with so many amenities at this price point! This will be top of my list to recommend to friends and family when they need a place to stay locally. I had to evacuate from a fire in the next town over at midnight. The staff was welcoming and kind to me, and got me checked in quickly. The room smelled so fresh and clean, but without obnoxious freshener spray smell that hotels sometimes have. "4 night stay for vacation. Central location for various day trips. Room clean, toilets were very low and had problems with stoppage which required super to fix. Great bed. Comfortable suite, roomy. Fit our needs well. Breakfast was fine, had the basics, staff all friendly and helpful."

"Actually just to sleep for 1 night the room is ok but they need to check no lotion and no complimentary drinking water provided in the room. The breakfast needs to improve too they need to monitor what needs to refill and I think since the rate is same as the others they provide a better breakfast choices."
