"This is one of worse hotel I ever booked, actually, they never allowed me to stay there because they overbooked and just canceled my reservation when I got there, they told me that I should just stay in motel 6 instead, no apologies from them for their mistake that allowed overbooked and cancelled customer reservations just houra befor I checked in, they even said since I booked through 3rd party agent like Expedia, so they are not responsible for my cancellation. I travelled all over the world and booked hotel rooms through Expedia for last 15 years, and never have single hotel cancelled my reservation because I booked through Expedia, they did called another local hotel - Holiday inn so I did get to stay the night there, even when I arrived at Holiday inn, the staffs there actually apologized for the inconvenience for the mistake that Hilton did, that just tell me that how unprofessional and rude the staffs at Hilton hotel are, I wonder what kind of training that these people got from Hilton? I share my bad experiences with Hilton Garden at Merced California so people can stay away from this terrible hotel.
