"For the amount that we paid for this, I was expecting something not great. Boy was I shocked when we drove into the parking lot and the property is right on the lake. When we got into our room, we found a balcony that overlooked the water with great views of the sunset. When we drove in, I thought this was a bit out of the way to find out. "We were here during the off season, so it was not very busy. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The hotel and indoor water park were clean. The hours of operation for the indoor water park & theme park were not clearly posted. The indoor theme park closed so early, we weren't able to use all of our game credits there. The bunk beds in the room have very thin, uncomfortable mattresses. The room was very spacious, but did not have enough places for everyone to sit. Google did not have the...

"Manager worked with me to cancel a duplicated reservation, gave me a refund. Everything was nicer than I expected for the price, pool was heated and we basically had it to ourselves. Would stay again."
