"This place has the worst bed bug infestation I’ve ever seen in my life and I used to live in NYC. The staff had clearly been told this before and didn’t care. They refused to refund me even though I only spent an hour there and offered to give me a gift certificate for another stay, but I will never set foot in there again and would recommend you avoid it at all costs.
The staff are well aware of the infestation and DO NOT CARE that it will spread to anyone who stays there. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"The towels were thin and not suitable for adult use. Our room smelt musty and the floor was sticky. I don’t believe the sheets were changed from previous use. Usually I don’t leave any reviews. I was disappointed that this was a corporate owned property that was not up to my minimum standards."

"Everything was very good except the air conditioner was very, very loud. We had to wear ear plugs. The hotel was completely booked so did nit bother complaining there was no other available room."
