"I booked the Shetland Suite not realising that it had a detached bathroom, it was only on arrival that this came to light, I was very disappointed & whilst the listing does state this I felt the title "suite" was misleading. The staff were very helpful, they were fully booked for our 1st night but offered to move us to a different room the next day, which they duly did and we were very grateful. "It was all over good but hotel was above the bar which was noisy at night and unpleasant for family stay. Water kittle was not cleaned properly. Towels were not sufficient. Main thing is hotel front desk was another side of the road in an Indian restaurant and restaurant get closed after 8 or 9 pm and no intercom in rooms . It was literally horrifying after getting dark."

"The room albeit quite small was very comfy and nicely done out. I found it really hard to sleep though as the green emergency light made the room very light when I am used to sleeping in total darkness"
