"It was gated for security which was good but the key cards to operate it and our room failed 4 times during our 3 day booking requiring going to the office. The old motel was refurbished but the outcome was very mediocre. No amenities at all The TV volume could not be turned down with the remote. It was not too terrible for the price but overall a disappointment. We won’t even consider returning there."

"Tiny room, terrible breakfast for $29, $4 for each bottled water. The sofa bed was not made when we checked in. There was one blanket and pillow for it, we called the front desk that night, and no one came to deliver any other blanket or pillow. Overall not a good experience and will not be staying there again."

"At first I was disgusted with the unkempt property and trash that hadn't been emptied but once inside I felt I had made a good choice. Staff were very helpful and the decor was beautiful. Walking to my room I noticed it had a smell of past smoking. My room was very clean and attractive. The grounds were heavily littered with cigarette butts. I enjoyed a continental breakfast with eggs, hash browns, biscuits and gravy and coffee. I would definitely come back again."

"The room was clean and comfortable. I only had interaction with staff on check in/and check out but they were all very nice. The breakfast was good, I was hoping for biscuits & gravy but that wasn't one of their offerings, at least not that morning. They had a ice water dispenser in the lobby on a stand and at breakfast they had placed bags with breakfast items (like a sack lunch but with breakfast) up for grabs. There were many places to eat within walking distance, also Powell's Bookstore was...

"The bar is really cool and the outdoor space is lovely. The room we were in had a sink and a very comfy bed. They are not kidding when they say it is loud in the rooms at night due to music from the bar. The keys are very fussy. There are separate rooms for the toilet and others for the showers. I would stay here again though!"
