"Inside the desk drawer there was a sticky substance. I was charged a $55.06 incidental fee on top of the $50.00 deposit. I checked in around 8pm and checked out the next day around 11am. The only thing we did was shower and sleep. The floor in the bedroom had stains. "

" Disabled travelers beware! I'm in a wheelchair and I had made a reservation for an ADA room a week ahead of time. They only had a non ADA room which was dangerous and difficult to use. Then, as almost worse, I looked forward relaxing in their pool but when I asked to be inserted into and removed from the pool with one of their two pool lowering machine were broken! I fell down the stairs trying to get in and it was debacle to get me out!"

"The property is not kept up and could be much cleaner. To open the room door there was a "trick" that the staff had to show me. The door was not aligned properly so to open it you have to pull on the door and then push it up. Also the shower nozzle was loose it was difficult to turn on the water and I was not able to turn it back off. Very disappointed. Will not stay here again"

"Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and larger than expected. The only downside was guest room doors slam shut very loudly, night and day. When built there wasn't enough soundproofing between floors. We were kept away until 3 in the morning with the sound of walking in the room above."

"The best part of this location is the proximity to the light rail. The breakfast was not very vegan friendly (waffles, sausage, potatoes, eggs, oatmeal, coffee). The shuttle was not available when I arrived at the airport at midnight, the front desk said I would need to take an uber or lyft. I guess the shuttle driver had left at 11. The interior of the property is showing some age. But the front desk folks were always kind and the listed amenities were all there."
