"While we had a pleasant stay and the staff was very nice and helpful, the property needs some modernising. For instance, the window of our room didn't quite stay open which made it very hot and stuffy in this hot weather"

"The only thing that let this stunning place down was the pool!!
Cracked tiles, uneven serfice could of fallen and broken your leg on the outside pool terrace ( not even joking) far to small outdated and BADLY needs a revamp, went twice to get a sun bed there wasn’t any, loads out the back stacked up broken
Come on guys a beautiful place like this, the grounds are to die for, Absolutly stunning
Sort the dirty grotty pool area space out
Only reason why wouldn’t stay again"

"Stayed in the manor house although checked in at the Club reception. No restaurant open, just the Club cafe, which was disappointing. Huge room and huge, comfy bed with large bathroom."
