"The check in clerk was AMAZING and very apologetic and accommodating. The house keeping staff however are NOT doing their job!! Our first room wasn't even cleaned at all. Lights on, tv on, bed unmade, towels in the bathtub. Went back and again, the check in clerk was very nice and gave us a new room. This room however obviously hadn't been swept and there was BROKEN GLASS on the floor in numerous spots throughout the suit (bathroom behind door, in front of mini fridge, between bed and...

"The rooms are spacious and the staff generally friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a great start to your day with a variety of offerings. The parking lot is adequate, but turning left when you come out to the main road is probably fatal 9 times out of 10, still, that’s probably true of any of the hotels leading up to the mall."

"Staff were incredible. The room was generally clean with the exception of toothpaste that was on the bathroom wallpaper and crumbs beneath the glass top on the desk and the chair was soiled. Pool and fitness room were closed during my stay. Wish I had known prior to booking."

"Hotel room and staff were great. However, we had planned the stay with our 2 girls as a night away with swimming and snacks, and upon arrival we were told the pool was out of service. They did give us the option to go to a near by hotel and use their pool, which was great. It just would have been ideal if we had gotten info before our arrival."
