"Our room had issues with electricity. We had no lights when we woke today. I rang reception and got no reply !! I reported it the desk and it came back on but tripped off again."

"Great hotel. Really clean, excellent staff and a wonderful room (classed as a superior room). Be aware there is no onsite parking but the team will point to local overnight parking, if a place on the street isn’t available. Despite this, definitely a visit again."

"We have used this hotel before after getting off the ferry at Portsmouth. A convenient location. We arrived quite late and got a light meal from the bar and it was very nice. Staff were helpful. The accommodation was clean as we would expect and the price was vey reasonable. The breakfast was buffet style and extremely well laid out with plenty of choices and all the food was lovely and tasty. We would certainly use this hotel again"

"It's very convenient to have parking spots onsite at the hotel. We parked the car there, walked a few minutes to the bus stop and took the bus right to the Oxford city center. We enjoyed our breakfast there. They have a wide variety of food to choose from. Will certainly stay here again."
