"The property is nice and modern and well-styled. However, the key problem for us was the adjacent construction site, which we were not told about. We were woken early by machines and beeping each day and the balcony was covered in dust. Also the unit needed a good maintenance check, as when we arrived there were a number of advertised items missing and a broken dining table and chair. "

We had misunderstood the actual address of the property - we went to 254, but the actual address was 258. This was exacerbated by the fact that the fob got us in the building. "The booking never occurred due to lack of access. No access was provided after waiting several hours. Alternative accommodation was unavailable due to being a holiday weekend, so I drove for several hours during the night to go home. Worst ever booking experience."

"We had a good stay at the Flounders Lane Apartment. The only downside to our stay would be the lack of comfortable seating for a family of 4. There is only one small 3 seater couch, so one of us always had to sit on the floor or in a dinning table chair. I would also recommend watching the parking instruction video before you park."

Great location shopping centre land restaurant less than 75 m away , but really quiet . The only thing for other guests if you are parking your car - turn in under the appartment block follow the turn circle all the way around , key box on left hand side pick key , then drive turn right towards The Crown immediately opposite on...

"New and clean one bedder unit idealy located close to a variety of restaurants and bars. Could not get a better location. But be warned extensive civil works going on very nearby which will interfer greatly with getting around and google maps directions. These works are not the fault of this accomodation and should not detract from the unit itself, but must be mentioned. These construction works are meant to continue for up to two more years."
