"Excellent breakfast! However, what impressed me most was the management of the hotel. My sisters and I stayed at the hotel in three rooms. We initially stayed there for one night on The way to a wedding venue. My room was noisy and the safe was broken. I brought this to the attention of the hotel management. After the wedding we were coming back to the hotel for four nights. I therefore requested that we would be placed in rooms on the top floor, and I agreed to pay the difference in price. When we came back, we got excellent rooms overlooking the garden AT NO EXTRA PRICE. I really appreciated this gesture. This hotel is excellent for families. We enjoyed the garden and since we were so well treated, we will definitely stay here next time we are in Wroclaw."

"Good, reasonably priced hotel in a convenient location, it’s just a short walk to the tram stop with two tram lines getting you to the city centre. Rooms are basic, but clean and air conditioned. Good breakfast buffet. The only slightly annoying problem was that the key cards to the rooms often didn’t work, but the friendly staff sorted it out for us."
