"Should have been more vegan options to eat. One day there were some salads, other day no. Was forced to take this hotel due to the unavailability of hilton but not again، breakfast is poor. Windows should open. Long waiting time for elevators."

Kanapy skórzane brudne .łazienka brudna ,ogolnie apartament wygladał jakby był przemyty brudnym mopem.Dużo rzeczy poniszczonych . Na meblach same tłuste paluchy poodbijane . Brak sztućców na caly apartament tylko jeden noż i nic wiecej .W sypialni pajeczyny .Załączam zdjecia to można zobaczyc. Nastepny zły punkt to koles ktory wpuszcza do windy przy zameldowaniu(chyba to boy hotelowy, imienia nie znam ale taki blondyn)cwaniaczek i arogant ,ktory nie rozumie swojego zadania w pracy. Nastepny zły punkt to jeżeli nad twoim apartamentem maja wynajety apartament jakies małpy skaczące do 1 w nocy i znowu od 5 rano( to o spaniu w ciszy zapomnij) Dobre punkty: to pan z ochrony przy wejściu bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny ,no i oczywiscie widok z 46 piętra wieczorem robi wrażenie."

"This hotel is very convenient, the location is perfect and I love that it has a lot of parking since we were traveling by car. The staff wasn't overly friendly but they were hospitable. Rooms were spacious and very clean. I would suggest better blackout curtains because a lot of light comes in. The rooms can also get very noisy because the tram passes by really close and it is located on a busy streets were cars drive by at all hours. The internet could stand some improvement because the signal was very weak, which was an inconvenience. There are little food shops around, which was very convenient. The restaurant was great too!"

"Very good and professional service. Wonderful decor of the place. Everything was very clean except the night stand had a sticky drink stains, and the smell in the lobby is not welcoming. As the hotel is based by airport the suitcase wheels friendly access to the front door from the footpath would be nice improvement. "

"I already have the same post below on another platform. Asked for genuine photos of the room I will spend next three days in Wroclaw. They're unable to respond in 10 hours and ping pong continues... ++ After entering the room, the stink smashed onto my face. This shows how right I was when asking about photos. ++ Highly disrespectful staff (counted 3 of them so far) ++ As per my humble opinion, 90% of the personnel are far from able to contact in business English. ++ Never ever again; but wait. Maybe someday with my US passport, how about that? :) ++ Pretentiousness rate amongst the personnel: same as the inability of business English rate shared above. ++ Contradictory info amongst individuals: while one receptionist was saying "you need to wait a bit during checkout for the room to be checked first", I was freely let out during the actual checkout by Ms. Paulina. ++ A disrespectful young boy at the reception tried charging me parking fee of full 3 days and I had to call the cops. What a scam!"
