"There was a virtual check in machine that was a terrible experience. I couldn’t hear what the screen was saying, the volume was too low and the person (?) on the screen could not make the volume louder. The lobby door was locked so I couldn’t access an actual live person. When a human came to assist the experience improved exponentially! The person was kind, friendly and helpful."

"Loved the pool and hot tub. The room was clean the beds and bedding were super comfy. My coffe loving friend enjoyed the freshly ground and brewed 24 hour coffee. Breakfast was good but I was disappointed that the pancake machine was broken."

She was very helpful explained where everything was and gave maps and handouts for all the fun things to do in the area. "Hello, As a travel agent bringing my clients and friends for an overnight stay for a wedding we were attending, it was altogether disappointing. Allow me to explain the many reasons why. We arrived on schedule and tried to check in at 3 pm, we were told there were NO rooms available. We were told we could change in the lobby bathroom.
