"Room and property clean, however one of the bedside lights was not working. When I reported it to the manager, they just made a note so I wouldn't get charged for damages, but made no effort to fix. Also one elevator out of service, which meant a wait with luggage for an elevator when checking out. Was not ideal."

"Staff couldn’t check me in without physical card, no tap pay. Room was humid, smelly, and overall dirty from little maintenance. Checked in 15 minutes and requested money back, they still charged me for 1 night. I thought Wyndham would keep properties cleaned, but realized it’s just a franchise that has no control."
