"I booked/was charged for a premium/superior ocean view king bed room, but my view was the backside of the hotel restaurant, restaurant garbage, and the facility golf cart with a ladder and tools scattered about. At best, I would call the first level rooms in the lower 100s, a partial ocean view and would have expected them to be priced as such.
