"Our stay was awesome. When we arrive, we arrived seven hours early. I walked in and asked so we could check in early and a manager looked it up and said no problem. We have two rooms available. That made our stay very enjoyable. We were able to start our vacation soon. We took off and enjoyed the sites of Memphis. My kids got to swim in a swimming pool. My grandkids had an awesome time. I would recommend Hyatt lotta places to see a lot of places to go. A lot of stuff was close."
"The hotel was clean. Room had a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher with real plates, cups, bowls, etc. which would be nice if you are staying for an extended period of time. ***When we checked out, one of the kids left an iPad under the covers on the bed. We were an hour and a half up the road when the staff called to tell us they found our tablet. Yikes! I did not want to add 3 hours of additional travel time to our already 7 hour trip so I asked them if they could mail or FedEx it to me....
"Courtyard by Marriott is the ultimate experience. Customer service is too level. Professional and the gave me superb attention. All my needs were meet and specialized treatment was offered due to my health issues. I was treated as a queen! If I could how well I am treated it would contain words that overflow. Thank you staff. "Great customer service and kind compassionate staff is so rare these days and if that’s what you want Stay APT SUITES CORDOVA is your place! I’m disabled and although I’m not a fan of roll in showers (my fault bc I booked it and didn’t request a change) the on site management went above and beyond to ensure i was taken care of. This is also a clean and secure/safe property. I highly recommend it. They did allow me to use broom during business hours but You will need to bring cleaning supplies...
