"The property was beautiful. The views are excellent. Our air conditioner was not working properly in our room was very hot in the morning. We found out we had no shampoo or body wash. These things should be checked regularly when cleaning the room that was unfortunate."

"Room was filthy. Flat surfaces had dirt, debris and sticky residue.sheets had stains and towels had hair on them. I had booked my room 1 hour before I showed up and had booked a king bed. When I got into my room (1 hour later) it was a queen size. When I asked, they couldn’t explain. No breakfast included, a party going on outside with adults and kids running around all hours. No quiet time policy."
