"Everything from walking in the door of the hotel the very first time to when we left the staff were so friendly and wonderful. They are all Very helpful answering questions and giving recommendations. The room was amazing, it had everything we needed. The common room is a great place to hang out, and the outside part has lots of seating. The location gives access to the city and the water front. I look forward to going back again."

"Very clean hotel. The hot tub wasn't very hot but the atmosphere was great. The balconies overlooking the pool were wonderful. The live entertainment by the pool was enjoyable."

"The hotel is in a great location. One thing that was annoying was the location of the room. It’s was on the other side. The front desk was in the 7th then we had to walk across to take another elevator to our room. We also received a ticket for a free drink but we didn’t use it because it was limited on the choices. The Hugo spritz was not included."

"The location was steps away from the Château Frontenac in the heart of old Quebec. The hotel is made in an old building and our particular room had stone walls, which was very nice. The room was a decent size and the bathroom was small, but very functional. The bed was very comfy. There was a cupboard for storing your clothing and a desk. The room had air-conditioning, which was very good, but also had one window that opened up to an inner courtyard. Be sure to ask for a room on the courtyard otherwise the street might be noisy until about midnight. I would definitely stay here again."

"Front desk was amazing! I loved talking to him. Very helpful. The 100sq ft room is exactly what a 100sq ft room would be. Coffee machine in the room...the first cup was water sludge. 2nd was better but it overfilled the cups provided. Fan in the bathroom had dust hanging from it. Shower is not surprisingky very small. Could barely lift my arms to wash my hair. Lol. But again. 100sq ft. The bed is decent. I slept well. But the front desk staff and location make up for any like hotel shortcomings and besides I spent most of my time outside exploring! Super close to the boardwalk and really everything. Like step outside and you see it. Quiet little park. It is exactly what I expected it would all be. If you booked the tiny room. It is tiny. It's also an old building so set your expectations.. If you want the Hilton there is one nearby. :) If you use hostels this would be a dream setup."
