"Hotel is pretty new. I actually like the self service option. We didnt mind removing our own trash and grabbing towels for thr designated area. Our room was an executive room. There was plenty of room for my husband and I. There are so many restaurants, plenty of food options. Definitely a little different than an American hotel room. "Very stylish, fresh and clean. Lots of helpful staff looking for ways to be friendly and helpful. The location is excellent with its close proximity to the train station and the mall/shopping. Best of all, even though it rained alot during our stay, having the covered skywalk connecting to the train station and mall was a life-saver, keeping us out of the wet weather and away from the car/truck traffic during our entire stay and all the way to and from Incheon airport … we basically had everything we needed the whole time we were in Korea “under one roof”! "
