"Our cabin worked really well for our family of 5 adults for an interstate family birthday. Walking distance to family, the beach, lagoon and local shops and clubs. Water views. We didn’t use many of the cabin facilities as we spent most of our time elsewhere with family, but our grandkids loved the playground. "My husband and I have been staying at Novotel north beach for over 25 years and I have never had a more disappointing stay.
Everything from the check in to the price of parking, the breakfast, to the filthy glass on the balcony, the entrance steps alone are putrid. I request late check out at 12 and at 11 two women bash on my door asking when I am leaving... at 12 as requested!

I cannot believe Mantra leave it in their portfolio. The staff were wonderful and helpful but the hotel is in appalling condition. "
