"A brilliant hotel attached to a mall and covered walking distance to the airport. The room and amenities were excellent- exceeded expectations. The staff were friendly and efficient. Probably the only airport hotel that I could say that I wish I had more time to spend here! Highly recommend."

"Good hotel at a good location. It is near to Hongdae shopping areas and is right next to the airport limousine bus stop and train station. Only issue i have with the hotel is that the lift takes forever to come. It is not uncommon to wait for 3 minutes plus for or more the lift to come. Also i dislike the pillow. But this is more of a personal preference. The room can gets noisy at times as it is right next to the road. Also whenever i turn on the shower or tap with hot water there will be a strange sound likely caused by the water pressure. Beside that, everything is good and should not deter you from considering this hotel."

"The room was very basic but clean. The hotel did not operate AC at the time of our stay and the room was at 75-80F. They offered us a fan or open the windows what is impossible because of the noise and smell of planes from the runway under the windows. The restaurant at the site is over price. Hotel is very convenient located 10 min from terminal 2 with a free shuttle. "

"Stained, smelly carpets. I could smell them at night. With additional humidity it intensified. Overall hotel is ok, but some room parts need replacement. I got a phone call when I was 30-40 min late for my check out, to get out asap. Not directly, but with tone. Staying away from Lotte hotels in the future."

"Location was great for the Subway and Olive Young. The gym is pretty decent. Tried the buffet after a long day of sightseeing and it was good."

"The staff was so kind and helped in whatever way I needed. The front desk staff spoke english which was tremendously helpful. But, one staff member stood out above everyone else. The lady who cleaned my room each day always had a huge smile and greeted me warmly each morning. I thank God for her because she helped me start each day off with a smile. My room was clean and tidy all the time.y room.had a kitchenette, which i used. It also had a washer and dryer. The only complaint that I had was the coffee maker didn't have coffee pods available. Fortunately there was a fabulous coffee shop a couple of doors down. I definitely recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed. When I return, I will stay here again Thank you for making my stay in Korea comfortable and pleasant"

"We stayed at this hotel which is located close to Inchon airport. Even Though they have airport shuttle service we took a taxi since we have to wait for about 30 minutes. I hope the run their airport shuttle bust to terminal 2 more often as they to to terminal 1. Good location, clean rooms with good amenities. There are many restaurants on the site and also many eateries at food corner. They do have Korean JJimgilbang but this was on renovation so we could not use. The staff were excellent and were ready to help before we are asking. I would stay again this hotel before going to other parts of Korea insteadof going to the city of Seoul after long flight."
