"For a five star hotel, comfortable rooms and impeccable services are usually featured. Unfortunately, it was not the case with our experience. We found the room, the service, and the breakfast pretty mediocre. The front desk lady didn't give us accurate information about parking our car. It was the concierge who helped us. We also found shower door with mold and mildew. The housekeeping was informed, but was not able to remove them. We later informed the front desk manager, but nothing was done before we checked out. Other than that, the hotel is conveniently located. "

"Great location, walkable to Grand Place and Brussels Central Station. Had everything you needed, only minor issue was room was cleaned but not the glasses. We had used one (the other was already dirty on arrival) and these were not replaced with the room clean the next day. Overall I’d stay again "

"The location is in the old town, just few minutes walk to the Brussels central train station, and to many attractions, museums, restaurants and stores. The rooms were clean and efficient. Breakfast was basic but enough to have something to start the day. Staff was helpful."

"Worked out great for my stay. Easily accessible to the main train station and explore town. My room was just fine. Not big but had everything I needed and I barely spent any time in it anyways because only in town for one night. I’d recommend it for any solo traveler staying a night or two. "
