The Queens Hotel
Clean room and comfortable bed. All staff were lovely especially the lady who checked us in at reception. She was very friendly and helpful.

Novotel York Centre
Room was clean and staff were nice. Good breakfast selection. Was quite busy over Easter and the kids corner in the lobby is a great idea. We could only book the pool for 30min slots which was the only downside. The walk to the town from the back was much nicer.
