"so, hotel called the day of my scheduled arrival... mechanical problems with the facilities, they needed to cancel the reservation.. I asked about a refund of the fee... there is no refund of any kind, if 'I' cancel or no-show... agent told me she would be sending the request for a full refund... So, I never stayed my assigned night... refund (if it comes) is still pending... these surveys are a joke... they only leave limited choices... Do I say it sucked, because I never stayed there... or do I say that NOT staying there was GREAT??!?"

"You have to sign basically a contract/terms and conditions before they will allow you to stay. Also my card was charged the full amount when I only authorized one night! Then they have a sign on the toilet bowl that says if you clog the toilet because you use flushable wipes, they will charge you $350!! Sorry but your toilets need an upgrade as they don’t flush well. I was afraid to do more than pee! "

"I'm so grateful to find an inexpensive place to stay that was completely fine. I felt safe and even had a microwave and fridge in the room (which many expensive places don't). I agree with the reviews suggesting that you request a blanket right away, because there's only a sheet and a very light bedspread. I already had a blanket with me, so I just used that. It was clean. The heater worked well. The furnishings are outdated and a few things were a little worn, but for the price it was fine. Staff were friendly on the phone and described clearly how the self check-in works for late arrivals."
