"The room was reasonably clean but the furnishings and fittings were outdated. The bed was in poor condition and pillows were not of the quality you would expect from a quality motel."

"Dubbo Rhino Lodge was a pleasant surprise! The glamping tent was spacious, clean and lovely, not to mention warm! The heating worked very well. We loved the restaurant! The meals were very cheap and delicious. The facilities around the lodge were great, the kids had fun on the playground, and I was able to use the shared laundry to catch up on some washing. All of our dealings with staff were pleasant. If we ever come back to Dubbo, we will definitely stay here again."

"It was a pleasant surprise to find on arrival that not only was breakfast for two included but also were two free drinks in the hotel. We particularly liked their lovely black cat who met us in the morning and deigned to allow us a pat. Great accom and location away from the CBD. Only downside was noisy traffic from passing trucks."

"I'm not sure why so highly rated to be honest. It was all very average including check in. I messaged property few days earlier for questions, but they hadn't responded either so couldn't plan ahead. No opportunity to do early check-in, or use wifi if you arrive early. Don't come earlier than 2pm or you won't be able to check in. It meets basic expectation clean bed+ shower. Tea provided but has no milk. Family room has no hot chocolate powder and kids would have appreciated it. Just a...

"The family room had everything that we required during the stay. The owners were very helpful. Plenty of parking available onsite. All major attractions were near by. We enjoyed our stay !"

"The room we stayed in had a massive mould patch in ceiling above kitchen with water dripping inside and on floor. A horrible brown leak was coming out of oven on arrival and we used up all our towels to clean up the mess. We had three little kids and the staff were not helpful at all. We didnt even get offered new towels."

"Super dog friendly! Would 15/10 rate this for brining your doggo along! Cabin had a small doggie yard and even a dog park on site which Rosie the labradoodle high approved of! Cabins are a touch tired, but clean, warm and secure! Would recommend staying here!"
