"The location and airport shuttle were beneficial. One driver chose light classical music, which was very relaxing. Another driver may not have realized the importance of a calm environment for travelers. The radio was loud with commercials and jarring music. We tipped accordingly. "Location is very good, right next door to the Aquarium and a Blue Line T-stop making transit from the airport easy and quick. Be aware that the hotel charges a $35 “destination fee” which is ridiculous and includes a $20 “credit” for charging things to your room. Despite the upsides of the hotel (location, great staff), I will never stay here again due to this chump change fee."

"The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast included a wide variety of choices (and they had oatmilk as an option! Thank you!). You need to use your room key in the elevator to get to the guest floors, which provided an extra layer of security. My only quibbles would be the heater/air conditioner is a bit loud, and the showerhead seems to be old and should probably be replaced. Otherwise it was very comfortable and the cost...
