"Jenny was super sweet. We arrived at 8am and she allowed us to check in early before our 3pm check in time. This honestly saved us because we had so many bags. She also gave recommendations and told us about their Wallflower speakeasy. The location was amazing, everything was like a 20ish minute walk. The room was cute and modern. I would never recommend this place to anyone she gave the whole not so good impression on the property a more worse experience so no. We will never come back. "

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"Check in was confusing. She told me to use the kiosk without any direction. I've never checked in that way and I felt like she couldn't be bothered. I think it was the executive housekeeper who was very friendly and welcoming."
