"Our experience at this hotel was very poor. From the moment we arrived, we encountered several issues with our room. The toilet was clogged, and even though we reported it, no one was sent to fix it. The only solution they offered was that if we needed to use the bathroom, we had to go down to the first floor. Additionally, the room was not clean. We found trash left behind by previous guests, which clearly shows a lack of proper housekeeping and hygiene. We also asked for a rollaway bed, and we were told that none were available. However, later we saw in the housekeeping area that they actually had many extra beds, at least around 20, but they simply refused to provide one to us. Overall, the service was very poor. There was a lack of customer care and no effort to resolve basic issues during our stay."

"The hotel was beautiful and perfection positioned so we could walk to the opera 1 block away. The staff was quick to assist. The main issue we had was not having a microwave in our room. Other than that minor inconvenience, it was beautiful and a pleasant experience."

"We’ve been here 3 or 4 times now. Clean comfortable rooms, lovely staff (especially the valet/bellmen), apples and water everyday, and a great location…walking distance from so much like Pioneer Square, Powell’s bookstore, Flock food hall, etc."
