"This property is far below the Hyatt Place standard. Torn carpeting and wallpaper and missing baseboards in the hallways. In the lobby, one elevator was not working and the back doors to the parking were lot locked due to repairs. Poor-quality breakfast food. And the glass shower half-wall in the bathroom is very annoying: you have to reach around it to turn on the water and get hit with cold water, and the water spills on the bathroom floor.
There is along an outrageous $15 per night parking...

"The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the TV in the room was not working. I was offered to change my room across the hall. I respectfully declined since it was late in the evening. I did however mentioned to possibly stop by after 9am to fix the problem. The Maintenance staff person did stop by on time and fixed the cabling issue. He also spotted me in the cafeteria lounge and took the time to let me know what the problem was and that i was fixed. I really appreciated...

"The food was amazing! Everything I ate at every meal for 4 days was great! Snacks were offered all day long, trails were well kept and the rooms were so clean and spacious. My only concern was the floor I stayed on had a terrible odor at night time. So odd that during the day I didn’t smell it but it wreaked at night and no one had any answers as to why."

"The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, the kitchen staff were very friendly and hard working. The front desk service was below average. We had to wait for 10 minutes or so for someone to show up at the front desk. The bar tender didn’t show up for work, so the advertised happy hour never happened. The location of the hotel is very convenient, and it’s a nice neighborhood. Worth staying overall."

"Dirty men’s underwear left in my room from previous guest. I called and went by the front desk multiple times with no response or service recovery from the manager. Initially I was told housekeeping would clean , then I was told there was no housekeeping. Very disappointing stay. Door men were fantastic as well as Maria at the front desk. Location is good."
