"Took three chances to finally get us in a double queen room that was actually cleaned. First was a single king then a double queen that had not been cleaned. Asked for a credit card for incidentals and charged the full room amount after I already paid thru Expedia. Have a ridiculous $15 per night fee for parking. Hotel needs some TLC and some updating."

"Location was nice with easy beach access. Restaurant across street had live music and yummy food. Breakfast in morning was nice and staff was friendly. Building could use some updating but was comfortable."

"Originally planned for two people, but our daughter and grandson joined us. Room was fine for two people but a little crowded for four. Water temperature was good but shower pressure was a little harsh (felt like needles on my face). The bathroom fan didn’t work very well as the bathroom was wet from ceiling to floor after a shower and we didn’t take very hot showers. Air conditioning was great. Staff was super nice. Overall a good experience and we will be back."

"The condo was very nice but the listing was misleading, it’s not “steps” from the beach. We weren’t made aware of some of the rules until the day before check in and some were not ideal such as we couldn’t leave anything in the bed of the truck and nothing on the balcony so all our beach/fishing stuff had to come into the condo which was not ideal. The condo was very clean, lots of extras were included and communication was amazing."

"The location can’t be beat - right on the ocean, right on the bike path, two restaurants on either side so you don’t have to drive anywhere if you don’t want to. We have stayed here several times, however on this trip we noticed how rundown the property is looking. Lots of stains, chips, and scuffs on the walls, lots of rust on steps and railings, shower looking old and dingy, dirty carpeting (the water in the floor of the shower would turn black when you stepped in if you had been barefoot in...

"The property is beautiful and conveniently located close to The beach with easy access. We rented bikes from the hotel and the island bike trail Is right off the property . We spent alot of the time at the pool and there were ample chairs and umbrellas and the foliage around the pool takes the experience to a higher level Chairs are located outside the rooms and we sat outside with coffee in the morning and there was never sun beating down on us"
