The room was spacious; however, the bathroom door was broken, the toilet was loose and/or broken as it would rock back and forth when yoh sat down on the toilet. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off. My wife found toenail clippings on the floor of the bedroom. The toilet would run for about 35 minutes when it was flushed. "There was pubic hair in shower I had to clean it b4 using. The pool had no seating it was all taken by a party they were not out there for hours but left all belongings where you could not use any chairs. There was a large family gathering and they were in Libby All hours and noisy Was not a normal relaxing visit to a crown property and the shower not being cleaned was disappointing"

"My stay was disappointing overall. The hotel had several maintenance and service issues that affected the experience.
The elevator was broken, which made it inconvenient to get around the property. Inside the room, the thermostat did not work properly. When I tried to adjust the temperature from 70 to 71 degrees, either the air conditioning would turn on full blast or the heater would turn on full blast. There was no way to keep the room at a comfortable temperature.

"The staff was accommodating and worked to get me a ground-floor room. I made a mistake when booking the room and accidentally selected a smoking room. There was only one non-smoking room left on the ground floor, and it was an upgrade. The staff worked with me on the price so that I could get that room. The room and property were clean. There was ample parking. Only a short drive to downtown Aiken with its shops and restaurants."
