Fantastic, very spacious apartment with all the amenities we could wish for. It was perfect for our one week stay

Really nice hotel with a pleasant roof terrace and great staff; the free coffee all day was a nice touch as were the free croissants first thing. Lots of interesting food options nearby - iconic dining at: The Roxy; Bubby’s and Katz Diner were all only a short walk away. There are good transport connections via the nearby subway station and it sits in a very friendly and safe neighbourhood on the border between Chinatown and Little Italy.

We had some initial mishaps with the booking of our room (make sure you request a room on the higher floor levels so that you get a view - we had a view of the car park at first which we were disappointed with, especially as we had paid more for a bath next to the window to celebrate my 30th birthday). However the Ludlow team managed to move us to a beautiful room on the 18th floor with a balcony, huge bathroom and lounge area. After paying an extra fee, we upgraded and from then on our stay was...

Great location for the purpose I was in NY Lovely clean comfortable quiet room Helpful staff A kettle would have been welcome

Great hotel in a fab location! Beds were really comfy and rooms were bigger than expected.

Excellent team flexible check in and great location. Room and hote immaculate

The Maritime is the perfect hotel for seeing the city, its clean, friendly staff and a decent continental breakfast, It is ideally situated for restaurants, coffee shops etc. The High Line and Little Island are close by. Unfortunately it doesnt have its own bar on site which was the only thing i would criticize. After being out all day it would have been nice to chill in a bar onsite rather than have to venture out again. We took advantage of the airport transfer service offered in the expedia...

Clean room

Fan place, nice rooms and great games area

Excellent location just four minutes’ walk from 9/11 Memorial Pools and Museum. Warm welcome from staff. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent bar area in the evening and efficient good value breakfast deli.

GOOD LOCATION AND FRIENDLY STAFF

Lovely small boutique hotel in a great location downtown away from the main hustle and bustle. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and quiet with a great shower and complimentary toiletries. Tea and coffee facilities in the lounge 24/7 plus a complimentary breakfast of pastries and orange juice which was a welcome surprise. It is a little dated and could perhaps do with some modern decoration but this didn't really distract from a great stay.

Great location, staff, rooms 10/10

The facilities were good and location being minutes from Fulton station was very convenient for getting to places. Busy even during the weekends and surprisingly quiet in the rooms at night. The air conditioning could have had a better temperature control but generally great, especially with laundry facilities available in the room. The room in parts were dark but the staff brought a lamp and generally responsive. It’s on the expensive side but great place to stay if you can splash out.
