"Fabulous location - walk to every major tourist section of NYC. Although in the heart of NYC, you walk in and feel safe and taken care of. Staff were so kind and helpful. Bar and Restaurant on floor 6 was a perfect getaway. We had three of us in the room with the pull out single sofa..perfect for a mom and two teens! "

"Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Handtücher wurden regelmäßig ausgetauscht und für New Yorker Verhältnisse war das Zimmer ziemlich geräumig. Man hatte gut Platz, die Koffer ordentlich zu verstauen. Das kostenlose Wasser am Gang war besonders praktisch! Die Lage war optimal, um viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Midtown zu Fuß zu erreichen und es gab sehr viele Frühstückslokale und Restaurants in der Nähe! "

"Amazing location! Also, the amenities such as the espresso machine or the refillable water bottles were very nice touches! I had read that some people said the room sizes were small but I found them to be quite sizable for a midtown hotel and comfortable overall (our party had both standard and terrace rooms). The front of house was so nice and very helpful. Would stay here again in a second!!"

"The room was clean and spacious for two people. The staff were great. Helpful with check in and bags, directions etc. I’d stay here in a heartbeat. It was literally one block from grand central station entrance so super easy to move around the city. I also felt pretty safe at night (mom and teenage daughter) walking back from Rockefeller and Grand Central. People out walking around the area after 10:30pm. "
