"The AC was off in the hallways making the floor unbearably hot. Not very clean. The room’s bathroom and bathtub needs better cleaning."

"The staff was very friendly, check in was easy, the room itself was just remodeled and very clean. However, the lobby smelled terrible, like mold and mildew and the hallways leading to the room were not air conditioned or the temp was set really high. It was strange. If I was rating just the room, I would give it a 5 stars, but the other areas made it seem like the hotel was not run correctly."

"The room was falsely advertised. The air did not work. There was supposed to be 2 TVs but there was only one. There were no sheets for the pull out bed. It took hours to receive them. No one cleaned the room and I had to request towels the next day"
