"Located only 5 mins to the Biltmore. In the same parking lot as Texas Roadhouse. The only downfall is that it is right off the interstate. So if you are a light sleeper.. probably not the place for you. The hotel itself was very nice, clean. Beds comfy! Breakfast was ok as well."

"The happy hour was a nice surprise with such great food. Breakfast was awesome . We liked the location, especially next to Outback restaurant . My only complaint is when I really needed to talk to the front desk , I was put on hold and never took the call. I was having trouble with my reservation as it was made at the wrong Holiday inn out in the country. Due to her not taking the call , I used a website that overcharged me . Two nights 1400.00 . She acknowledge and blew it off that she never picked up. I am now fighting that cost . I talked to the front desk to other staff about this issue. If she had of helped me on the phone , I would not be fighting this third party issue. I thought I was on a holiday inn sight , it was late and we needed a place to stay and we are of retirement age . I felt dismissed . The company I thought I was working with was using your name with a few differences . I can send more info ."

"We have stayed at much more expensive hotels but this was the cleanest hotel. The breakfast was fine for a continental breakfast. The front desk staff was fine."
