"Excellent hotel"

"Stayed on 3rd floor in separate property, in a small room (double deluxe) but despite size, had everything I needed. Unfortunately the blind in the roof was a bit broken, letting light in during the night and noise from a generator or something similar in the night was intermittent but quite loud. . Shower was good size but not very powerful. Everything spotlessly clean. Overall fine for a night, but probably wouldn’t want to book for longer in that particular room (304)."

"Wasn’t quite what I was expecting on check in, more an apart-hotel than hotel. Check in area and bar / restaurants very good with nice ambience. Was a bit disappointed with room, didn’t feel it really reflected the pictures and description. Very small and space sacrificed to make into a studio area. Bed was tucked into a corner which made it awkward for 2 people and bathroom space limited. Expected it to be a bit more luxurious for price and compared to rest of hotel. "Lovely room although didn’t receive an upgrade for my partner’s birthday. We received a chocolate mousse to the room and 2 free drinks vouchers, however I had read reviews saying people had received bottles of champagne. I also did not receive my Expedia 20% food and beverage perk. Bed was very comfy and the blackout blinds were amazing - the best night’s sleep I’ve had in ages!
