"We chose Sequoia Village because it was pet friendly and also because they have a community kitchen that made it easy for us to cook a few meals for ourself. The room was very cute and comfortable and I know the new owners are investing quite a bit in upgrading the entire hotel. If there was one thing we felt the room was missing, it was storage. There is no dresser, closet or even hooks for getting things off the floor or couch. With a little creativity I think the rooms could be outfitted with a wardrobe and a dresser so some baggage could be put away. The shelf unit that has been put in the room has small little spaces that just aren’t easy to use and are full of decor, which looks charming and cute but takes away even more of the space. We made it work fine but I thought I’d pass this note along for the owners to consider. Overall, we loved our stay and proximity to the park. We had a couple of great meals in Three Rivers aside from using the kitchen and found the owner of sequoia village to be a delightful guy who is making this hotel into a community experience for people who stay, with a patio firepit, games and hangout spaces that allow guests to mingle (we meet other travelers from three different countries!). A fun place!"

"The beds were not comfortable, the showers were either freezing or scalding. Traffic noise was hard early in the morning. It was close to Sequoia which was nice."

"The property was beautiful. Lush and green, there were even swings which I love in the playground! It is definitely pet friendly and the pet fee is very reasonable. We parked right outside of our little cottage and then took a walk down to the river, not far from the property. Would definitely stay here again."

"Staff was great we ordered breakfast in and surprisingly it was a full breakfast delivered which was still hot and juice cold. The only little issue was that we noticed was the shower head it had a drip which happened the last night so when we checked out receptionist noted. But other than that we definitively would be staying again"

"I really have no complaint, ... would stay there again, for those who are disabled cant do stairs hotel isnt handicape accesble outside, gated parking u have to have a key, u need a elevator to lobby .... if they open 1st floor door that would be better or move the loby to 1st floor make more sense... but for our wedding anniversary they did help make it special, i will recommend this hotel, keep in mine not perfect Also elevators take long to close. No vending rely on rwsstraunt hours 7a - 9:30p thats the downside...."
