"The staff was super helpful and friendly.
The only “negative” thing I would say is that due to the design of the property with all room doors opening into the courtyard it is quite a bit noisy. People talking, dragging luggage, and housekeeping carts make more noise than you’d think when trapped in a rectangular indoor courtyard. Our room was on a corner, so that might have contributed to the amount of noise.

"I picked a handicap room because my son is blind and the way the shower was setup all the water would leak out onto the restroom floor no matter how you turned the shower head and it made the restroom and the room very slippery for my son to walk.
