We open our balcony doors to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and the ‘paid for sea view’ which was a very large tree that blocked the whole view of the sea. After 20 minutes we had to close the door and sit inside our room due to people on the public benches below our room smoking not only tobacco but also cannabis with the smoke coming directly into the room. "Clean, spacious, and modern room that was very comfortable for our stay. However, the property feels more like an upscale motel than a full-service hotel. There is a pool that looked clean and family-friendly, though fairly basic rather than resort-style. Check-in and check-out were fully self-service, which was convenient, but there were no visible staff onsite, so it lacked the service and atmosphere you’d typically expect from a hotel."

"It's a great location. a short walk to everything along the water. But the room is quite small, property quite dated, not well maintained. The staff was only lukewarm with our inquiries and questions.. Bathroom newly renovated though, very nice showerhead."

"I always like to stay at Zorba’s. It’s right in town with a lovely view of the inlet. The staff are very helpful too. The rooms are very comfy, the bed perfect. It’s a lovely thing to wake up in the morning, pull back the curtains and look at the water."

"Wonderful location, we got a 2 bedroom overlooking the ocean. Having the balcony was nice. Many beautiful places to visit. One tree point has magical views and the beaches are superb. Bodalla Is about 20min drive, cheese, chocolate and ice cream factory. Many cafes! Highly recommend!"

"Our only (minor) concern was that the toilet/bathroom door - while beautiful to look at, didn’t offer much in the way of privacy or sound-proofing. That would not stop us coming to stay again"

"Fabulous spot in the Beach Villa. Great cabin. Everything you need here (except a chopping board). Lovely comfy bed. Surrounded by kangaroos and kookaburras. Great pool, although it s a bit hard to get in for elderly people. What a view though, listening to the waves. Fantastic resort."
