"Great facilities. Transfer bus can be a lottery at certain times of the day due to numbers using it. Sunday night at 12am on the ground floor staff from restaurant / hotel making excessive noisy, pushing trolleys over rutted tiled floor, this then started at 4am with what I assume was laundry / food trolleys."

"Great property and location. Loved the gym. The only blemish was the hallways were always dirty. They needed a vacuum daily. And the room service was terrible. They told me it would be every second day and then I waited and waited…with nothing. I called and arranged service, was out all day, only to come home with it still not done. Just terrible. It took 3 calls to get my room cleaned. Housekeeping department obviously has a serious problem."
