"The room was very clean and comfortable air condition. Worked well easy to control. The hot tub and pool were very good. The Internet connection was not very good and the staff did give an alternative login but was only accessible in the main lobby. There was a breakfast but was very limited in selection."

"The hostess was extremely rude and unprofessional in appearance in her purple crocs. She asked if I still lived at the address on my DL and the purpose of my stay. I explained we just brought our grandkids for a sleepover since they had an indoor pool. She said future reference the owner had a policy that states you have to live at least 50 miles away to stay here. We only live 15 miles away. I wonder how the owner is taking part in the community with this policy. What if someone lost their home to a fire or tornado? They couldn’t stay here? Also, the hot tub was empty and roped off with caution tape. Looked like a major safety hazard. "

"I did not sleep all night. There were young children screaming and a man yelling at them to be quiet all night. This went on from about 11 pm off an on until 4:30 am. I had to be up at 5:30 am."

They were having an issue with their Wi-Fi service while we were there, so I was unable to connect my devices to the internet; they indicated they were working on the problem, but it wasn't resolved before we left (2 day stay). The breakfast had all of the usual items, and appeared to be well-stocked each day."
