"When I checked in they gave me the keys to our room, which was actually someone else's room. This feels like a huge safety violation to the people who were in the room we got the keys to, and a safety concern for my family who entered someone else's space. We were put into a new room. "The bathroom had been updated but shower heads were positioned oddly. The inside of the room was clean but the outside of the property was not well maintained. It had a window air conditioner that had to board off part of the window letting in a lot of outside noise. Pool was not useable. Staff was unhelpful"

"This was our first time in Bigfork Montana, and we were so pleased with everything, we stood from 6/14-20/26 and we loved it. Our room was the Private Residence and it was delightfully designed and so comfortable. Loved that we had our own private balcony that overlooked Flathead Lake. Kim the manager was so helpful and arranged for us to have a boat ride for 4 hours and it was amazing. Breakfast was daily available and the Inn is just so beautifully kept. We will definitely be going back...
