"I didn’t get the room that I paid for and then after I mentioned that I was in the wrong room for some reason every time I left my room and I came back to the hotel. My key will not open the door so I went three stories up in an elevator my key didn’t work and then I had to go back down to reset my key, but I think that was done because I complained about I did not get the room I paid for"

"No working ice machine on my whole stay and hot tub not in use ..that's an amenity I came for is my back psyiatic nerve and it says it working but staff said no hot tub 😂"

Management might consider installing lamps next to the beds and providing plastic or paper cups in the bathroom. But overall, it's a convenient, comfortable place to stay, and I would certainly stop there again."
