We were unaware that there were no elevators, We booked the reservation through Expedia and if the elevator situation was listed, then I should have read everything a little better. "I ended up in a room next to their laundry room for the facilities, employees were washing at 11pm, the bed was shaking and noisy while they were doing their work. "Our stay at Sierra House was great. We were visiting over the July 4th holiday and stayed in their new buildings. The forest view was stunning from the top floor and the rooms were brand new, clean and very tastefully decorated. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and entertainment, and has a great spa on the property with a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Allie, the front desk staff was also really great!

"Our stay on June 30. Despite the high cost, the accommodations were unacceptable and did not match the photos advertised.
The property is currently undergoing extensive renovations that were not disclosed. The windows were unfinished, the floors were in poor condition, and the pool was closed.
