"Good location and price, decent size room. Comfy bed. Rating would have been higher if the room had a fridge."

"Great hotel featured a pool sauna ans steam room and gym sadly unable to use as didn't get time. Breakfast was great and the freshly made pancakes made the kids soo happy. The only thing is the room was dusty and not sure about the fridge if it was working. After checking out, we was given free donuts which the kid's loved.!"

"Hotel staff and welcoming and helpful. Cookie on arrival was a lovely surprise. Hotel is clean, our room was pretty basic but had everything we needed. We ate in the bar area and the menu was really good, staff in there are great too. Overall a good stay."

"Really excellent location for the airport and also for other London attractions. We visited the O2 the evening before our flight. Really enjoyed it and will definitely book again."

"Hotel is in need of desperate upgrade, but I guess it is a well used venue. My room was functional but small and luckily stayed at the beginning of summer, could not see that any heating worked. Bathroom was ok but again needed upgrade on amenities, final day shower ran cold so no hot water!"

"Its a shared bathroom and isn’t listed like that, Room 1, the bedding was used and the pillow case had blood on it, the pillows are over worn and just lumpy the walls have mould on them and the second wall is in very poor repair with white paint splashed on over grey paint, the floorboards has big gaps between them, the bathroom has a wrap wound curtain where you can barely stand without the curtains touching you that are also very tired, the doors have big gaps and the windows don’t close...

"15 pounds a night for parking , also no ammenities in the room like iron or shower gel or lotion. Will never stay with them again"

"....A terrific & unique place to stay, away from frenetic central areas of the city but with easy access to DLR etc. Cabins are spacious & with added comforts of the speciality coffee machine & the best bathrobes ever! The yacht is beautifully appointed with the accent on a relaxed stay & choice of dining. Comfortable bar & seating areas inside & out. The friendly & helpful staff complete the whole happy experience. Highly reccommend!"

"Excellent location as we were watching a show at the O2 arena. A piece of history in the middle of high rise buildings. It’s been lovingly restored and maintained with quirky design elements to it. They had great breakfast choices and had a relaxed atmosphere. I love these kinds of places. Just the relaxing weekend my husband needed."

"The staff was very pleasant and great. When we got there they stated that they could upgrade our room us to room uñer the seamThe room service menu for after hours should be better. The food was delivered late and it was cold one of the meals was cold.."
