"ROACHES!
First things first. Aside from the horrid smell coming from the fridge in our room, we found a LIVE cockroach in our bathroom on the first night. & since we booked through a third party & already changed the original reservation from 1 night to 2, there was nothing they could do & our stay was completely non-refundable. To say it was hard to sleep would be an understatement.

"We arrived at 3:00 to check in and rest and change before a theater performance that night but when we arrived, our rooms weren’t ready.
