The welcome at reception was very nice, because we were on an overnight stop, we just want a sleepover. The room very basic, and bathroom left a lot to be desired, just enough toilet roll for 2 visits!! Towel rail hanging off the wall, an over bath shower that just wet the whole floor. 4 star facilities definitely not, would I return definitely not and I would not recommend. We didn’t bother with breakfast just got in the car and carried on with our trip,

The bed was comfy but the room lacked plug sockets and the furniture was old. The carpet had a large stain and the corridor and rooms smelt unaired and musty. Staff were not chatty and breakfast tables were not correctly set so you had to ask for cups, spoons, small plates etc. it’s a shame because the pool was clean and the sauna was great. We thought the pricing on dinner was too high £5 for coleslaw as a side was the most extreme! So we had dinner elsewhere.
